Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily focused on improving page speed and image SEO through image optimization, Crush: Speed & Image Optimizer offers a streamlined and easy-to-use solution. Its automated image renaming and compression features make it a good choice for those seeking a 'set it and forget it' approach. However, merchants requiring a broader suite of SEO tools, including features like broken link management, JSON-LD implementation, and AI-powered content generation, should strongly consider Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer. While it may require a more hands-on approach, Tiny SEO provides a more comprehensive solution for achieving higher search engine rankings and improved site performance. The higher review count for Tiny SEO suggests a broader adoption or a longer market presence, which could also influence a merchant's decision.
