Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a versatile tool to create various types of forms (contact forms, feedback forms, etc.) with email notifications, Cruxtab Form Builder may be a suitable option. However, the very limited number of reviews makes it a riskier choice than Gojiberry. Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the better choice for merchants specifically focused on leveraging surveys to improve marketing ROI, understand customer origins, and gather feedback for product development. Its pre-built templates, advanced segmentation, and various distribution methods offer a more targeted and efficient approach to marketing data collection. The higher number of reviews also provides more confidence in the app's reliability.
