Our Verdict
If you're primarily concerned with managing a sales team, automating commissions, and facilitating B2B sales through rep portals, CSS Sales Team is the superior choice. Its comprehensive feature set caters specifically to these needs. However, if your main goal is to boost customer loyalty, encourage repeat purchases, and create engaging reward programs, Toki Loyalty Program & Rewards is the better option. Toki offers a more focused approach to customer retention and engagement through loyalty mechanisms. The 'Affiliate programs' category overlap is misleading, as CSS Sales Team's affiliate links are rep-specific, while Toki offers broader customer-driven referrals.
