Our Verdict
Based on the available information, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the stronger choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its high rating, numerous reviews, broader feature set, and ease of use make it a more compelling option for businesses looking to gather comprehensive customer feedback. The pre-purchase survey functionality and multichannel delivery system give Gojiberry a significant edge. Customer Pulse, while potentially useful, lacks any social proof or advanced features, making it a riskier choice until it gains traction and demonstrates its capabilities. Merchants seeking a basic, post-purchase survey solution *might* consider Customer Pulse if they are willing to be early adopters and prioritize cost savings (assuming it's offered at a lower price), but they should proceed with caution.
