Our Verdict
For merchants needing a holistic solution to manage customer interactions and drive sales through chat platforms, especially those looking to reduce RTO losses and leverage WhatsApp marketing directly, CW: WhatsApp & SMS Marketing is the better choice. Its omnichannel approach and sales-focused features provide a comprehensive solution.
However, if a merchant already has a strong SMS marketing platform (Attentive, BigCo, Klaviyo, etc.) and needs a focused tool to grow their SMS list via Instagram DM automation, HiTide: Grow your SMS List is the more suitable option. Its specialization in Instagram campaigns for subscriber acquisition makes it a valuable addition to an existing SMS marketing strategy.
