Daily Deals ‑ Sale & Promotion vs Flair Product Badges + Labelsfor Shopify (2026)
Daily Deals - Sale & Promotion and Flair Product Badges + Labels both operate within the Shopify Discounts category, but they cater to distinct needs and strategies. Daily Deals focuses on comprehensive sale management, enabling merchants to schedule sales, create deal-of-the-day promotions, and implement flash sales with countdown timers. Its strength lies in its ability to manage and automate various types of discounts and promotions to drive urgency and boost sales. This makes it suitable for merchants looking for an all-in-one solution to manage and schedule different types of sales. Flair Product Badges + Labels, on the other hand, as the name suggests, concentrates on visually enhancing products with badges and labels, without offering the scheduling and discount automation features present in Daily Deals. The primary distinction lies in the functionality. Daily Deals is designed for merchants aiming to orchestrate complex sales strategies using automated scheduling, discount management, and urgency-driving elements. Flair Product Badges + Labels is for merchants who want to highlight specific product attributes or sales visually through badges and labels, possibly to complement existing discount strategies managed through other means. While Daily Deals provides actionable insights on deals and promotions, Flair lacks this specific feature, focusing primarily on visual presentation. Considering the user reviews, Flair boasts a perfect 5/5 rating and a significantly higher number of reviews (227) compared to Daily Deals (4.5/5 and 37 reviews), indicating potentially greater user satisfaction and/or wider adoption. This could be attributed to the potentially simpler use case of Flair, which is easier to setup.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a robust and automated solution to manage sales, promotions, and discounts with urgency-driving features like countdown timers, Daily Deals - Sale & Promotion is the more suitable option. Its capabilities in scheduling sales and providing discount insights make it a powerful tool for driving revenue. However, merchants primarily interested in visually highlighting products with badges and labels to improve visibility and customer engagement should choose Flair Product Badges + Labels. While Flair might lack the advanced discount management features of Daily Deals, its simpler focus could translate into easier setup and potentially wider appeal, as indicated by the higher number of reviews and perfect rating. If a merchant requires *both* visual enhancements and discount management, they may need to consider using both apps in conjunction or seeking out an alternative solution.
