Our Verdict
If your primary goal is to maximize email and SMS opt-ins at checkout while ensuring compliance with regional privacy regulations, Dataships Checkout Opt‑in is the superior choice. Its dynamic consent widget and detailed audit logs provide a focused solution for building a compliant and engaged subscriber base.
However, if you need a broader set of marketing tools, including AI-powered features, one-click checkout upsells, pop-up windows, and A/B testing, ONE: AI, Pop Up, SMS Marketing is a better fit. It offers a more comprehensive solution for merchants looking to manage various marketing aspects from a single platform, despite sacrificing the laser focus on opt-in compliance found in Dataships.
