Delhivery ‑ Logistics Platform vs EZLabel: Australia Post Shipfor Shopify (2026)
Delhivery ‑ Logistics Platform and EZLabel: Australia Post Ship are both Shopify apps addressing order fulfillment, but they cater to vastly different markets and offer distinct functionalities. Delhivery focuses on providing end-to-end logistics solutions, specifically targeting merchants selling to customers in India. It boasts extensive coverage, including remote areas, and promises features like automated workflows, COD remittance, and real-time tracking. EZLabel, on the other hand, is tailored for Australian merchants who utilize Australia Post's MyPost Business. It simplifies shipping label creation and fulfillment, focusing on speed and ease of use with a two-click process. Its feature set highlights label printing options, partial fulfillment support, and international/local shipping options. The key difference lies in their geographic focus and scope of service. Delhivery aims to be a comprehensive logistics partner for Indian markets, offering services beyond just label creation. EZLabel concentrates on streamlining the label generation process for Australian businesses reliant on Australia Post. The significant disparity in ratings and number of reviews suggests a stark difference in user satisfaction and adoption rates. This warrants further investigation into why Delhivery receives significantly lower ratings and might indicate challenges with the app's performance or support, even with its larger potential market.

Our Verdict
For merchants shipping within Australia using Australia Post MyPost Business, EZLabel appears to be the clear winner due to its high rating, positive reviews, and focus on ease of use. Its two-click process for printing, fulfilling, and tracking orders provides a significant advantage in efficiency. However, if your business operates in India and requires a comprehensive logistics solution with COD remittance and extensive pin code coverage, Delhivery might be the only option despite its lower rating. In that case, it's crucial to investigate the reasons behind the low rating and assess whether the reported issues are deal-breakers for your specific needs. If you're based outside of Australia and do not ship to India, both apps are likely irrelevant.
Common Questions
Which app offers better customer support?
Delhivery mentions a dedicated relationship manager, suggesting a higher level of customer support compared to EZLabel, where support details are not explicitly mentioned.
Which app is easier to use?
EZLabel is likely significantly easier to use, as its headline emphasizes a two-click process for shipping label creation and fulfillment. Delhivery's lower rating might indicate a more complex setup or workflow.
Which app is better for international shipping?
Both apps support international shipping. However, Delhivery's strength lies within India, so its international capabilities might be limited compared to carriers typically used for global shipping from Australia. EZLabel supports Australia Post's international services.
Is either app suitable for merchants selling globally?
Indirectly. EZLabel facilitates international shipping through Australia Post. Delhivery focuses primarily on the Indian market, limiting its usefulness for truly global operations outside of fulfilling orders destined for India.
Why does Delhivery have such a low rating compared to EZLabel?
Without further investigation, the reason for Delhivery's low rating is unclear. It could be due to issues with the app's functionality, customer support, or the logistics services provided. The issues could stem from complexities of the Indian logistics landscape.
