Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a simple, automated way to collect customer feedback immediately after delivery and improve customer loyalty through direct intervention, Delighted Post‑Delivery Survey is a strong choice. Its ease of use and integrations with popular eCommerce tools make it accessible to smaller businesses. On the other hand, Reveal: Customer Data & NPS is better suited for larger businesses with a dedicated marketing and analytics team who want to leverage advanced customer data analysis (RFM, CLV) to optimize their marketing campaigns and improve overall customer lifetime value. Reveal provides more in-depth analytics and segmentation capabilities, but also requires a greater investment in time and expertise to utilize effectively.
