Our Verdict
For e-commerce businesses looking to automate their customer support and sales processes with AI, Desku: Leading AI Chatbot is the better choice. Its comprehensive feature set, including omnichannel support, AI-powered ticket management, and personalized product recommendations, makes it a powerful tool for enhancing customer experience and driving sales. However, for Shopify merchants operating specifically in Pakistan and struggling with high rates of cash-on-delivery order returns, Robo Calls ‑ Pakistan is the clear winner. Its targeted solution directly addresses this specific pain point by automating order confirmation calls and reducing fraudulent orders.
While Robo Calls ‑ Pakistan boasts a perfect rating and more reviews, its niche functionality makes it unsuitable for merchants outside of Pakistan or those seeking broader customer support solutions. The low review count for Desku could be a concern, suggesting it's a newer app, but its potential benefits for customer support automation make it worth considering for those who need it. Therefore, the best choice depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs and geographic location.
