Desku: Leading AI Chatbot vs Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Botfor Shopify (2026)
Desku: Leading AI Chatbot and Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot both aim to enhance customer support and sales using AI-powered chatbots. Desku positions itself as a comprehensive solution for automating customer support, offering features like omnichannel inbox management, order editing, and AI CoPilot assistance for support teams. It targets eCommerce businesses seeking to reduce support workload and improve response times with 24/7 AI assistance. Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot, while sharing the same objective, is less detailed in its description, focusing primarily on the AI chatbot and sales bot aspects without specifying additional features like order management or unified inbox capabilities. While both apps are in the Chat category, Desku appears to cater to merchants requiring more extensive support workflow automation with features such as order editing and team collaboration tools. Verifast, on the other hand, might appeal to merchants prioritizing a simpler, more focused AI chatbot solution, particularly if sales-oriented interactions are a primary concern. The significantly higher number of reviews for Verifast suggests a larger user base and potentially more established market presence, while the slightly lower rating for Desku (4.6/5 vs. 5/5) needs to be considered in the context of only two reviews.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a robust and comprehensive solution for automating their customer support workflows, including features like omnichannel inbox, order management, and AI Copilot for support teams, Desku: Leading AI Chatbot may be the better choice. However, given the extremely low number of reviews, consider a thorough trial period. For merchants primarily interested in a sales-focused AI chatbot solution and potentially prioritizing a more established app with a larger user base, Verifast AI Chatbot +Sales Bot is worth considering. The higher review count provides greater confidence in its reliability, but the feature set may be less extensive compared to Desku.
Ultimately, the best choice depends on the specific needs and priorities of the merchant. If comprehensive support automation is crucial, Desku seems promising, despite the limited reviews. If a simpler sales-oriented chatbot is sufficient, Verifast is a more established option.
