Digiloop Pickup & Delivery vs Parcel Panel Order Trackingfor Shopify (2026)
Digiloop Pickup & Delivery and Parcel Panel Order Tracking cater to distinct needs within the Shopify shipping landscape. Digiloop Pickup & Delivery focuses on enhancing the *customer's* pre-purchase experience, particularly at the cart and checkout stages, by offering interactive maps and pickup point selection. It emphasizes providing flexible delivery options, including parcel lockers, home delivery, and Cash on Delivery, and integrates with specific shipping providers. Parcel Panel Order Tracking, in contrast, is laser-focused on *post-purchase* order tracking and customer service by providing real-time updates and branded tracking pages. The fundamental difference lies in the stage of the customer journey addressed. Digiloop aims to streamline and personalize the delivery *selection* process, whereas Parcel Panel aims to improve the *tracking* experience after the order has been placed. While both fall under the 'Shipping' category, Digiloop is centered on delivery *options* and label generation, and Parcel Panel is centered on *order tracking* and customer communication surrounding delivery.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily concerned with offering diverse pickup options and creating shipping labels efficiently, Digiloop Pickup & Delivery is the better choice. Its strength lies in optimizing the pre-purchase delivery selection process, potentially boosting conversion rates. It suits merchants who work with the supported carriers and want to provide precise pickup point suggestions.
On the other hand, Parcel Panel Order Tracking is ideal for merchants prioritizing post-purchase customer satisfaction and aiming to reduce customer service inquiries related to order status. The significantly higher number of reviews and perfect rating suggests a robust and well-received solution for order tracking. It's a superior choice if a merchant is facing high volumes of 'Where is my order?' requests and wants to provide a seamless tracking experience. Ultimately, if a merchant needs both functionalities, they may consider using both apps or searching for a comprehensive solution that combines pre- and post-purchase delivery management.
Common Questions
Which app is better for reducing 'Where is my order?' (WISMO) inquiries?
Parcel Panel Order Tracking is specifically designed to reduce WISMO inquiries by providing customers with real-time tracking information and a branded tracking page. Digiloop focuses on pre-purchase delivery options, not post-purchase tracking, and thus wouldn't directly impact WISMO rates.
Does Digiloop offer order tracking capabilities like Parcel Panel?
Based on the provided descriptions, Digiloop's primary focus is on enabling pickup and delivery *selection* at checkout and shipping label creation. It doesn't appear to offer comprehensive order tracking features like Parcel Panel.
If I want to improve my cart conversion rate by offering more delivery options, which app should I choose?
Digiloop Pickup & Delivery is the better choice for improving cart conversion rates by offering diverse delivery options (parcel shops, lockers, home delivery, COD) and a convenient pickup selection process at checkout.
Which app offers more language options?
Digiloop mentions showing their integration in multiple languages. Parcel Panel's description doesn't specify language support. Therefore, Digiloop is the better option for multi-language support.
Which app is easier to set up for a small business with limited technical expertise?
Based on the descriptions, both apps appear to be relatively straightforward. Digiloop's focus on specific carriers and integrations *might* require some initial setup effort, but its focus on simplifying checkout could offset that. Parcel Panel’s focus on tracking might also present a simple installation process. However without knowing implementation details it is not possible to make a definite conclusion
