Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on optimizing the customer experience for parcel shop or locker pickups and those using the specifically supported carriers (MPL, GLS, etc.), Digiloop Pickup & Delivery is likely the better choice. Its interactive map, precise location suggestions, and label printing features simplify the entire process. However, if a merchant needs highly customized shipping rates based on various conditions like product attributes, zip codes, delivery dates, or requires store pickup scheduling and local delivery options, Shipping & Delivery - ShipZip is the more suitable option. Its advanced rule engine provides the necessary flexibility, albeit with a potentially more complex setup.
