DingAI – Surveys That Sell vs Fab Feedback Buttonfor Shopify (2026)
DingAI – Surveys That Sell and Fab Feedback Button both aim to improve the Shopify merchant experience, but they do so through drastically different approaches. DingAI leverages an AI agent and chatbot to directly engage with customers in real-time, guiding them through the sales funnel. Its positioning is clearly focused on driving immediate sales conversions through AI-powered interactions. Fab Feedback Button, on the other hand, focuses on gathering feedback, as indicated by its name. The very limited data provided makes it difficult to understand its specific mechanisms, but it likely involves providing a simple, accessible way for customers to submit reviews or suggestions. The significant difference in review counts suggests DingAI has seen wider adoption and potentially earlier market entry, or more aggressive marketing efforts. While both apps seemingly fall under the 'Surveys' category in Shopify, their functionalities diverge significantly. DingAI uses surveys as a mechanism within its AI-driven sales process. Fab Feedback Button's core value proposition is the collection and analysis of feedback. Merchants should assess their immediate needs: is the goal to actively engage and convert visitors using AI, or to passively collect feedback for future improvements. The sparse information on Fab Feedback Button necessitates further investigation by merchants before making a decision.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking immediate sales uplift and are comfortable with managing an AI-powered chatbot, DingAI – Surveys That Sell seems like the stronger choice. Its focus on active engagement and sales conversion aligns with merchants prioritizing immediate revenue generation. The higher number of reviews, while not indicative of definitive superiority, provides a degree of social proof.
Fab Feedback Button may suit merchants primarily focused on gathering customer feedback to inform future product development and improve customer satisfaction over the long term. However, the lack of detailed information and low review count makes it difficult to fully assess its capabilities. Merchants should investigate further before committing to Fab Feedback Button, especially considering the robust offering of DingAI.
