Our Verdict
Based on the data available, Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons is the more established and reliable choice. The app has a perfect rating and a significant number of reviews, suggesting a positive user experience. It caters to merchants looking for easily implementable solutions for improved customer communication. DiscoverAI: Visual Search, while promising in its concept of AI-powered visual search, currently lacks any user feedback, making it a riskier option. Merchants prioritizing cutting-edge product discovery methods and willing to experiment might consider DiscoverAI, but should proceed with caution due to the lack of reviews. For businesses wanting tried-and-true methods of enabling customers to contact them, Floatify seems the safer bet.
