DIYVA Conversational AI vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
DIYVA Conversational AI and Zigpoll Customer Surveys both aim to help Shopify merchants gather customer feedback, but they differ significantly in approach, maturity, and target audience. DIYVA focuses on voice-based surveys and dialogs, positioning itself as a frictionless way for customers to provide opinions via voice. It emphasizes integration into specific store pages like Collection, Product, and Order Status. However, DIYVA's complete lack of reviews and explicit limitation to Vintage Themes (with a manual integration requirement for Online Store 2.0) suggest it's a very early-stage or potentially abandoned project. Zigpoll, on the other hand, is a well-established survey app with a strong track record (5/5 rating, 417 reviews).

Our Verdict
For most Shopify merchants in 2026, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the clear choice. Its high rating, numerous reviews, comprehensive feature set, and ease of use make it a robust and reliable solution for gathering customer feedback and driving business decisions. Its integration with Shopify's Order Status and Thank You Page Checkout Extensions makes it a natural fit for many stores. DIYVA Conversational AI might be considered only by merchants specifically interested in voice-based surveys and willing to invest the time and effort to integrate it, especially if they are still using Vintage Themes. However, the lack of reviews and limited functionality make it a risky choice compared to the established Zigpoll.
