Our Verdict
For the vast majority of Shopify merchants in 2026, Magical XML/HTML Sitemap is the clearly superior choice. Its established positive reputation (5/5 rating, 24 reviews) and comprehensive feature set targeting SEO and site navigation make it a more valuable investment. Merchants looking to significantly improve their Google ranking and provide a user-friendly browsing experience should strongly consider Magical XML/HTML Sitemap.
DM: Scroll To Top might appeal to a niche group of merchants prioritizing only the simplest of UX improvements and are uninterested in actively managing their SEO, but given its lack of reviews and a presumably narrow feature set, it represents a considerably higher risk. Without concrete evidence of its effectiveness or benefits, it's difficult to recommend over the well-regarded alternative.
