The choice between Draftable ‑ Draft Order Helper and GiftPort depends entirely on the merchant's specific needs. If the merchant is struggling with draft orders and seeks a solution to simplify and optimize that process, Draftable is the more logical choice, especially given its high rating and user reviews. However, if the primary need is to migrate existing gift cards and store credits from another platform or to efficiently manage gift card marketing campaigns, GiftPort offers the necessary tools. Despite its lack of reviews, GiftPort's feature set directly addresses this specific need. A merchant would need to carefully evaluate Draftable ‑ Draft Order Helper to understand if its draft order capabilities are more valuable than the gift card-specific capabilities offered by GiftPort.
