Our Verdict
Based on the information available, Estimated Delivery Date: EOD is the significantly stronger choice. The app has a proven track record with a perfect rating and substantial number of reviews, indicating user satisfaction. It offers a well-defined set of features tailored to address a common pain point for e-commerce merchants: managing customer expectations around shipping. For any merchant experiencing shipping-related customer service burden, Estimated Delivery Date: EOD offers a clear and valuable solution.
Dropp, given its lack of reviews and information, represents a high risk. While it might potentially offer some unique value, the absence of any user feedback makes it difficult to recommend. It might suit extremely risk-tolerant merchants willing to experiment with unproven apps, but even then, caution is advised.
