Duos B2B Management vs Quick Quotefor Shopify (2026)
Duos B2B Management and Quick Quote both address pricing needs, but cater to very different segments and offer vastly different feature sets. Duos B2B Management positions itself as a comprehensive B2B solution, deeply integrated with Shopify's B2B features, offering registration, member management, bulk ordering via CSV or SKU, and a quote workflow. It seems targeted towards established or expanding B2B operations or DTC brands moving into the B2B space. Quick Quote, conversely, is a much simpler app focused solely on quote requests originating from the existing Shopify cart. It facilitates communication and quote management through email and an admin panel within the app, geared toward merchants needing a basic 'request a quote' functionality from their standard retail cart.

Our Verdict
For merchants running or transitioning to a dedicated B2B operation requiring robust company and member management, bulk ordering capabilities, and integration with Shopify's B2B features, Duos B2B Management is the more suitable choice. Its comprehensive approach offers a full suite of tools for managing B2B relationships. However, the lack of reviews is a significant risk. For merchants with predominantly retail sales that occasionally require offering custom quotes on a case-by-case basis, Quick Quote's simple, cart-based quote request functionality is a better fit. Its positive reviews also offer reassurance. The decision hinges on the scale and complexity of the merchant's B2B needs.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the descriptions, Quick Quote appears simpler to set up and use due to its focus on a single feature: quote requests from the cart. Duos B2B Management, being a more comprehensive B2B solution, likely involves a more complex setup process.
Which app offers better long-term value for a growing B2B business?
Duos B2B Management appears to offer better long-term value for a growing B2B business due to its comprehensive B2B management features, including customer account management and bulk ordering. However, due to the lack of reviews, performance can not be guaranteed.
Does either app integrate with other Shopify apps (e.g., email marketing, CRM)?
Neither description explicitly mentions integrations with other Shopify apps. Duos B2B Management's reliance on Shopify Plus B2B primitives suggests potential for integration with other Shopify Plus features. However, Quick Quote's description is silent on the matter.
Which app is better for handling complex pricing scenarios?
Both apps could handle pricing scenarios. Duos B2B seems better for the B2B workflow and the quote workflow as it provides a professional workflow for requesting and managing quotes, along with custom pricing. Quick Quote provides the admin with an editable quote in the app admin to send a discount back to the customer.
Which app is more likely to be actively supported and updated in 2026?
Without usage metrics or developer information, it's impossible to definitively say which app is more likely to be actively supported. However, the presence of 56 reviews on Quick Quote suggests a more established user base, which *might* indicate greater ongoing support. The lack of reviews on Duos B2B Management raises concerns. The app's developer's reputation and update history, if available elsewhere, would be more reliable indicators.
