Easy Appointment Booking App vs Filljoy Sell by Weight for POSfor Shopify (2026)
Easy Appointment Booking App and Filljoy Sell by Weight for POS cater to vastly different segments within the Shopify ecosystem. Easy Appointment Booking App is geared towards service-based businesses and event organizers aiming to manage appointments, classes, workshops, and more directly through their Shopify store. Its strength lies in its integration with calendars, notification systems, and team management features, providing a comprehensive booking solution. It positions itself as a user-friendly 'integrated Calendly for Shopify' alternative, emphasizing ease of use and customizability. Filljoy Sell by Weight for POS, on the other hand, addresses the needs of brick-and-mortar stores that sell products by weight, length, or other decimal quantities. It streamlines the in-person sales process using Shopify POS, eliminating manual calculations and ensuring accurate inventory management. The app particularly benefits businesses like farmstands, butcher shops, and fabric outlets. It focuses on integrating with scales (special hardware required) and offering reporting features tailored to weight-based sales, a need that Shopify's native POS system doesn't address adequately.
