easy Google Customer Reviews vs FormCRM AI Custom Form Builderfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, easy Google Customer Reviews and FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder, while both receiving a perfect 5/5 rating, cater to vastly different needs within the Shopify ecosystem, even though they share the 'Surveys' category. easy Google Customer Reviews is highly specialized, focusing exclusively on integrating Google Customer Reviews into a Shopify store. Its value proposition lies in its simplicity and direct integration with Google, enabling merchants to quickly leverage the power of Google's branding for trust and social proof. FormCRM, on the other hand, offers a broader solution for creating custom forms of all kinds, including but not limited to surveys. FormCRM targets merchants needing highly customizable data capture solutions. It offers greater flexibility, AI-assisted form building, and integrations with numerous third-party services such as email marketing platforms and CRM systems. The significant difference in the number of reviews (18 vs. 7) also suggests that easy Google Customer Reviews is currently a more established option for its specific use case, but FormCRM's functionality might appeal to a smaller segment needing more control and complexity.
