easy Google Customer Reviews vs Redpen Widgetfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing between 'easy Google Customer Reviews' and 'Redpen Widget' for survey implementation face a stark contrast. 'easy Google Customer Reviews' focuses on integrating with the Google Customer Reviews program, offering a straightforward, no-code solution for collecting verified customer feedback and displaying the 'Top Quality Store on Google' badge. Its core strength lies in its ease of use and leveraging the trust associated with the Google brand. This app is geared toward merchants seeking to enhance their online reputation and build customer confidence through established Google-backed reviews. It simplifies the process of integrating with Google's review system. The app has a small but perfect rating. It also uses an app block post purchase page. On the other hand, 'Redpen Widget' currently lacks any user reviews or rating information. The app doesn't have any useful identifying information beyond it being in the 'Surveys' app category. This leaves potential users with no insight into its features, ease of use, or overall value proposition. As a result, its target audience is essentially undefined, and it is difficult to assess its competitiveness against 'easy Google Customer Reviews' or other established survey solutions.
