Easy Size Chart by Akeans vs Tabs Studiofor Shopify (2026)
Easy Size Chart by Akeans and Tabs Studio, while both falling under the 'Product display - Other' Shopify category, address different aspects of product presentation. Easy Size Chart focuses specifically on enabling merchants to easily create and display size charts, aiming to reduce returns and improve customer trust related to sizing accuracy. It appears tailored for apparel, footwear, or other product categories where size is a crucial purchase factor. The absence of ratings or reviews, however, is a significant drawback. Tabs Studio, on the other hand, offers a broader solution for organizing product descriptions using tabs or accordions. It helps merchants streamline product page content, making it easier for customers to navigate and find information. Tabs Studio boasts a stellar rating and a substantial number of reviews, suggesting a well-received and reliable application. Its features, such as automatic tab generation from headings, shared tabs across multiple products, and metafield integration, cater to merchants looking to enhance the overall product page experience beyond just size information. The focus is on decluttering product pages and improving information architecture. The lack of a rating and zero reviews for Easy Size Chart by Akeans makes it difficult to ascertain its reliability and usability compared to the well-established and highly-rated Tabs Studio.

Our Verdict
Tabs Studio is the stronger recommendation for most Shopify merchants in 2026 based on available data. Its high rating, substantial number of positive reviews, and versatile features for organizing product descriptions make it a reliable and valuable tool. Merchants looking to declutter their product pages, improve navigation, and reduce customer inquiries will find Tabs Studio to be a well-supported and effective solution.
Easy Size Chart by Akeans, while potentially useful for merchants specifically needing to address sizing issues, is difficult to recommend due to the complete lack of reviews and an absence of an initial rating. Merchants with products requiring size charts may consider exploring Easy Size Chart, but should proceed with caution and thoroughly test the app to ensure it meets their needs and is reliably supported. The lack of social proof is a major concern.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on descriptions, Tabs Studio likely offers an easier setup experience due to features like automated tab generation and no-code metafield integration. Easy Size Chart claims an easy editor, but the lack of reviews makes it hard to verify ease-of-use.
Can both apps help reduce product returns?
Yes, both apps aim to reduce returns, but through different mechanisms. Easy Size Chart focuses on providing accurate sizing information to minimize sizing-related returns, while Tabs Studio aims to improve clarity and information accessibility, potentially reducing returns due to misunderstanding product features or specifications.
Which app is better for displaying technical specifications?
Tabs Studio appears better suited for displaying technical specifications. Its ability to create tabs from headings and incorporate metafields allows merchants to organize and present complex technical details in a structured and easily digestible format.
If I sell clothing, which app is more important?
If sizing is a common source of customer confusion and returns, Easy Size Chart could be valuable. However, given the lack of reviews, it's risky. Tabs Studio can still be useful for organizing other product information beyond size, such as fabric details or care instructions.
Does either app offer support for multiple languages?
The provided data does not explicitly mention multi-language support for either app. Merchants should investigate each app's documentation or contact the developers directly to confirm language capabilities.
