Our Verdict
For a solo entrepreneur or a small team primarily using Telegram, EasyGo13 Telegram Stream offers a direct and focused way to stay informed about critical store events. The tailored alerts and private bot interaction can provide a personal touch to store management. However, for larger teams already deeply integrated with Slack, Ting ‑ Slack Notifications is likely the superior choice. Its ability to deliver order reports, support multiple channels, and customize notification data facilitates seamless team collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
Given the limited review count for both apps, more data would be ideal. However, based on available information, Ting ‑ Slack Notifications appears to be more mature and potentially better supported, especially for established businesses with a strong Slack presence. If integration with Slack and detailed reporting are critical, Ting is the better option.
