Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a comprehensive post-purchase experience with detailed analytics across multiple carriers, EasyTrack: Order Tracking is the superior choice. It allows for branded tracking pages, customizable notifications, and offers insights into delivery performance. However, for businesses primarily shipping through Australia Post's MyPost Business and seeking to automate label creation and fulfillment, EZLabel: Australia Post Ship is the clear winner. Its integration streamlines the shipping process, saving time and reducing manual effort. The low review count of EasyTrack should be considered when evaluating risk.
