EasyTrack: Order Tracking vs MyGLS Professionalfor Shopify (2026)
EasyTrack: Order Tracking and MyGLS Professional both aim to improve order tracking for Shopify merchants, but cater to different needs and operate in distinct segments of the market. EasyTrack positions itself as a holistic order management solution, focusing on improving the post-purchase experience through customizable tracking pages, proactive notifications, product recommendations to increase AOV, and actionable analytics. It aims to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction. In contrast, MyGLS Professional is specifically tailored for merchants using GLS (General Logistics Systems), primarily in Eastern Europe, offering unlimited label printing and tight integration with GLS's parcel shop network. The critical difference lies in their scope. EasyTrack is a broader solution applicable to any merchant regardless of their shipping provider, emphasizing analytics and customer engagement. MyGLS Professional, on the other hand, is a niche solution focused on a specific carrier and region, prioritizing label generation and parcel shop integration. While both offer order status tracking, EasyTrack's value proposition extends to enhanced post-purchase customer experience and AOV improvement through product recommendations. MyGLS Professional simplifies GLS logistics and removes label printing limitations.

Our Verdict
EasyTrack: Order Tracking is better suited for merchants who want a comprehensive order tracking solution with analytics, customizable features, and tools to improve customer experience and boost AOV, regardless of their shipping carrier. It is a more generic, universally applicable option. MyGLS Professional is the superior choice for merchants who specifically use GLS (General Logistics Systems), particularly in Eastern Europe. Its strength lies in its specialized features for GLS logistics, such as unlimited label printing and parcel shop integration.
For merchants not using GLS, EasyTrack is the clear winner. For those heavily reliant on GLS, MyGLS Professional provides essential features that EasyTrack lacks. The significant difference in review count suggests MyGLS Professional has a more established user base within its target market, despite EasyTrack's perfect (but limited) ratings.
