Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a simple way to add branded, personalized e-cards to their Shopify store without complex features or multi-currency support, eCard Widget ‑ Greeting Cards is likely a suitable option. Its ease of use and focus on branding make it ideal for businesses wanting a quick and easy way to incorporate a gifting element into their existing offerings. However, given the very low number of reviews, careful due diligence and testing are recommended. On the other hand, Givy → Gift Cards & Gifts is a better choice for merchants who require a more comprehensive gift card and gifting solution, including multi-currency support, product gifting, subscription gifting, and features like corporate gifting and bulk campaigns. Its wider range of features makes it suitable for businesses with complex gifting needs or larger customer bases. The higher number of reviews provides more confidence in its functionality.
