Our Verdict
For businesses seeking a comprehensive CRM and marketing automation platform to manage customer relationships and streamline their marketing efforts, EngageBay CRM presents a strong option. Its unified approach to marketing, sales, and support can be beneficial for organizations looking to centralize their customer-facing operations. However, the low number of reviews should be considered.
For merchants who need highly customizable notifications and automated actions triggered by specific shop events, especially those requiring complex logic and integrations, Notifications by Modd Apps is the better choice. Its flexibility and control over notification workflows make it suitable for businesses with specific operational requirements and the technical expertise to leverage its advanced features. The higher review count also inspires more confidence. Thus, Notifications by Modd Apps is likely the better choice for most Shopify merchants needing highly specific automation flows.
