Our Verdict
Merchants needing a complete CRM system to manage marketing, sales, and support should consider EngageBay CRM. Its strength lies in providing a unified platform for customer relationship management and marketing automation. However, merchants primarily focused on boosting sales and recovering abandoned carts through immediate communication channels like web push and WhatsApp will find PushEngage Web Push & WhatsApp more suitable. The dedicated support for Shopify Plus stores further reinforces PushEngage's value for larger, high-growth businesses seeking scalable customer engagement solutions.
While both apps share a category for Web Push, their application and integration differ significantly. PushEngage is designed specifically for this channel in tandem with WhatsApp, while EngageBay's web push may be a smaller feature within a larger CRM suite.
