Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants who need strict control over customer onboarding, particularly B2B or wholesale businesses that require verifying customer information and preventing spam registrations, ES Customer Approval offers a focused solution. However, the low rating and single review should be considered. On the other hand, Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder is a more versatile option for businesses seeking a general-purpose form builder to create various types of forms for lead generation, feedback collection, or customer support. The higher rating and more reviews suggest a better user experience and reliability, especially appealing if integrations with marketing tools like Mailchimp and Klaviyo are important. Considering the limited data for ES Customer Approval, Primy is the better choice given the present information.
