Our Verdict
The best choice depends entirely on your business goals. Essential AB Test ‑ Split Test is ideal for merchants intensely focused on website design and layout optimization to drive sales. Its no-code setup and focus on template A/B testing make it perfect for those wanting to improve conversion rates through visual changes. However, the limited number of reviews suggests it may be a newer or less widely adopted app.
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey is a better fit for merchants prioritizing customer feedback and using data to inform broader marketing and customer experience strategies. Its unlimited responses and integrations make it a powerful tool for larger businesses wanting to collect significant customer data. The higher number of reviews suggests a more established and trusted app. If understanding your customer is more important than tweaking your store design, choose Grapevine.
