Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with optimizing their store's theme and page layouts to improve conversion rates through A/B testing, Essential AB Test - Split Test appears to be the more suitable choice. Its focus on theme template testing and stated promise of a seamless, code-free experience align with this specific need. However, the significantly lower number of reviews raises concerns about its maturity and user base. Zigpoll Customer Surveys is a better option for merchants seeking a broader understanding of their customers through comprehensive survey campaigns across various touchpoints. Its integration with Shopify and marketing tools, coupled with AI analytics, provides a more holistic view of the customer experience. Given its high number of reviews and focus on customer data, Zigpoll presents a more robust option for a wider range of merchants.
