Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on boosting sales and AOV through strategic incentives, Essential Free Shipping Upsell appears to be the stronger choice. Its high rating and many positive reviews suggest it effectively delivers on its promise of increasing revenue. The customizable progress bar and upsell features offer a versatile tool for optimizing the customer's shopping experience. However, if a merchant is facing significant challenges with COD orders, particularly high RTO rates, Shiprocket: Smart COD provides specific features to mitigate these problems. While it has a lower rating and fewer reviews, its focus on COD optimization makes it a targeted solution for that specific issue. Ultimately, the best app depends on the merchant's specific needs and challenges.
