Estimated Delivery Date: EOD vs InPost – oficjalna aplikacjafor Shopify (2026)
Estimated Delivery Date: EOD and InPost – oficjalna aplikacja are both Shopify apps falling under the 'Delivery and pickup' category, but they cater to drastically different needs. Estimated Delivery Date: EOD focuses on enhancing the customer experience by providing accurate and customizable delivery estimates throughout the shopping journey, aiming to increase conversion rates and reduce customer inquiries. It positions itself as a broad solution for managing delivery expectations regardless of the carrier. In contrast, InPost – oficjalna aplikacja is a specialized app designed exclusively for merchants using InPost's services, specifically Paczkomat, Kurier, and Paczka w Weekend. It streamlines shipping operations by providing tools for creating shipments, tracking packages, and generating labels within the InPost ecosystem. The core difference lies in their scope. Estimated Delivery Date: EOD is a customer-facing app aimed at improving the shopping experience and building trust, while InPost – oficjalna aplikacja is a merchant-facing app focused on operational efficiency within a specific delivery service. The significant disparity in ratings and the number of reviews also suggests a wider adoption and higher satisfaction level for Estimated Delivery Date: EOD. Merchants who need precise and customizable delivery date management across various carriers and channels would likely favor the former, while those who heavily rely on InPost's services would find the latter indispensable, despite its lower rating.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing customer experience and desiring granular control over estimated delivery dates across all shipping methods, Estimated Delivery Date: EOD is the clear winner. Its high rating, positive reviews, and extensive feature set for customizing ETAs on various pages of the store make it a valuable asset. However, if a merchant exclusively uses InPost's services and needs a streamlined solution for managing shipments, generating labels, and tracking packages within the InPost ecosystem, then InPost – oficjalna aplikacja, despite its lower rating, fulfills a niche need. The InPost app is specifically recommended only if the core of your delivery revolves around Paczkomat, Kurier and other InPost offerings and you're on Shopify Advanced or have carrier-calculated shipping active.
