Our Verdict
Based on the available information, Login as Customer: Support is the stronger choice for merchants needing a robust solution for directly accessing and managing customer accounts for support purposes. The features are clearly defined, and the higher number of reviews suggests greater adoption and user experience data. Ests Inquire Pro, with only one review and no detailed description, is difficult to assess and carries significant risk. For stores heavily reliant on customer service needing quick resolution times, and particularly those utilizing a CRM or helpdesk platform, Login as Customer: Support appears to be the more mature and feature-rich application.
