Free checklist & auditGet the free BFCM checklist & auditMerchants seek alternatives to 'Login as Customer: Support' for various reasons. While the app addresses the need for direct customer account access to improve support, some users may find its pricing unsuitable, wish for features not offered (like more proactive support tools), or prefer a less hands-on approach to customer issue resolution. Concerns about data privacy when accessing customer accounts and the potential for misuse can also drive the search for different solutions. As the Shopify landscape evolves, stores often look for more integrated or AI-driven support options.
