Ests Product Purchased Badge vs Parcel Panel Order Trackingfor Shopify (2026)
Ests Product Purchased Badge and Parcel Panel Order Tracking serve distinctly different purposes for Shopify merchants. Ests Product Purchased Badge focuses on enhancing the customer experience and driving sales by leveraging purchase history. It aims to increase engagement, loyalty, and potentially boost revenue through cross-selling and upselling by displaying purchase history and badges directly on product pages and collection pages for logged-in customers. This approach is focused on personalization and driving repeat purchases. Parcel Panel Order Tracking, on the other hand, is a dedicated order tracking solution. Its primary objective is to provide customers with real-time updates on the status of their orders, reducing customer service inquiries related to shipping and delivery. With significantly more reviews and a perfect rating, it appears to be a more mature and widely adopted solution within the order tracking category. Its focus is on post-purchase satisfaction by providing transparency and control to the customer regarding their delivery. The stark difference in review volume suggests differing market penetration and potentially different levels of complexity or niche appeal. Ests Product Purchased Badge appears targeted toward merchants prioritizing personalized shopping experiences and customer retention strategies, whereas Parcel Panel aims to improve operational efficiency by providing order tracking features and reducing the load on customer support teams.

Our Verdict
Parcel Panel Order Tracking is likely the better choice for the majority of Shopify merchants in 2026, especially those who prioritize a streamlined order fulfillment process and want to reduce the burden on their customer support team. Its high rating and extensive user base suggest a reliable and effective solution for managing order tracking.
Ests Product Purchased Badge caters to a specific niche - merchants heavily focused on personalized customer experiences and maximizing repeat purchases through strategic product presentation. The extremely low number of reviews, while not necessarily indicative of a poor app, makes it difficult to assess its reliability or effectiveness relative to the well-established Parcel Panel.
