Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a straightforward way to enable brand-based browsing, ESTS Shop By Brand could be a starting point, assuming functionality and support improve significantly since launch. However, due to the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating, proceeding with caution is advised. Merchants should carefully evaluate the app's functionality and consider reaching out to the developer for clarification on its features and support.
Search & Discovery ‑ Visely appears to be a more robust and reliable solution for merchants looking to optimize their store's search and discovery experience comprehensively. Its high rating, positive reviews, and extensive feature set make it a better choice for stores prioritizing enhanced product discoverability, personalized recommendations, and advanced filtering options. Given the information, Visely is the stronger recommendation for most Shopify merchants, particularly those with larger catalogs or complex search requirements.
