Our Verdict
Given the current data, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat is the more compelling option for most Shopify merchants. The positive rating and substantial number of reviews provide strong evidence of its effectiveness and reliability. Merchants seeking a comprehensive solution for customer communication and marketing through WhatsApp will find Kanal a valuable tool. ETP Phone Call Button might be suitable for businesses with a very specific need for direct, immediate phone support and a willingness to take a chance on an unproven app. However, the lack of reviews makes it difficult to assess its performance or user experience. Until ETP Phone Call Button gathers some user feedback, Kanal represents the safer and more feature-rich choice.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Without reviews for ETP Phone Call Button, it's impossible to say definitively. However, apps with user feedback often have troubleshooting and setup guides available, which Kanal likely possesses given its 37 reviews. ETP's lack of reviews makes its ease of use unknown.
Which app is better for increasing sales?
Both apps claim to boost sales. ETP Phone Call Button aims to do so by enabling immediate customer contact. Kanal uses WhatsApp marketing and customer service which could lead to more sales. Kanal is likely the better choice as it provides marketing features beyond direct contact that lead to more sales.
Which app is more reliable?
Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat is likely more reliable due to its 5-star rating and 37 reviews, suggesting a stable and well-maintained app. ETP Phone Call Button's lack of reviews provides no information about its reliability.
If I only need one feature, making phone calls, which is better?
Even if you only want phone calls, ETP Phone Call Button's lack of reviews makes it risky. Kanal might offer WhatsApp call integration, which could be a viable alternative with known reliability and support.
What are the key risks of choosing ETP Phone Call Button?
