Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with easily collecting and beautifully showcasing customer testimonials to boost social proof and visual appeal on their storefront, EVM Customer Testimonials is the recommended choice. Its intuitive interface and pre-made templates simplify the process. However, for businesses serious about gathering in-depth customer insights, optimizing the customer journey, and integrating survey data with their existing marketing and analytics stack, Grapevine Post Purchase Survey is the superior option. The unlimited responses and advanced reporting features offer significant value for data-driven merchants.
Ultimately, the choice depends on the merchant's priorities. If the focus is on creating a visually appealing and trustworthy storefront through testimonials, EVM is ideal. If the goal is to deeply understand the customer experience and make data-backed improvements, Grapevine provides the necessary tools and integrations.

Which app is more cost-effective for a business with a large customer base?
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey, with its unlimited responses at a fixed price, is likely more cost-effective for businesses with a large customer base that anticipates a high volume of survey responses.
