Ex Infinite Scroll to Top vs Year Make Model ‑ EasySearchfor Shopify (2026)
Ex Infinite Scroll to Top and Year Make Model ‑ EasySearch are both Shopify apps in the 'Search and navigation' category, but they serve drastically different purposes. Ex Infinite Scroll to Top aims to improve the browsing experience by replacing pagination with infinite scrolling, customizable load-more buttons, and smooth animations. This app focuses on increasing engagement and conversions by providing a seamless and visually appealing product discovery process. The other app, Year Make Model ‑ EasySearch, caters specifically to stores selling automotive parts, vehicle accessories, or other products where compatibility with a specific vehicle (year, make, model) is crucial. It provides fitment widgets, tables, and a "My Garage" feature to help customers find products that fit their needs. While both apps aim to improve search and navigation, their approach and target audience are distinct. Ex Infinite Scroll to Top targets a broader range of stores looking to enhance the overall browsing experience, focusing on visual appeal and user engagement through infinite scrolling. Year Make Model ‑ EasySearch, on the other hand, caters to a niche market – automotive parts and similar industries – providing tools to ensure product fitment and compatibility, which is essential for customer satisfaction and reducing returns in that specific sector. The choice between the two depends entirely on the nature of the products being sold and the customer's primary needs.
