Excel CSV Tracking MassImport vs Parcel Panel Order Trackingfor Shopify (2026)
Excel CSV Tracking MassImport and Parcel Panel Order Tracking both aim to improve order management and tracking for Shopify merchants. However, they appear to serve distinct needs based on their descriptions and user feedback. Excel CSV Tracking MassImport seems geared towards merchants who need to bulk import tracking information, likely those managing a high volume of orders or who receive tracking data from suppliers in CSV or Excel formats. Parcel Panel Order Tracking, on the other hand, focuses on providing a comprehensive order tracking experience for customers, enhancing post-purchase engagement and reducing WISMO (Where Is My Order) inquiries. The large disparity in review count suggests a much wider adoption and potentially a more mature and feature-rich platform in Parcel Panel Order Tracking.
