Our Verdict
ExchangeIt Returns & Exchange is clearly the superior choice for merchants struggling with return processing and aiming to enhance customer satisfaction through efficient returns and exchanges. Its all-in-one features for refunds, exchanges, restocks, and the optional self-service portal make it a robust solution. FlashDelivery COD Manager, on the other hand, targets a very specific need related to Cash On Delivery orders, but the absence of detailed information about its capabilities makes it hard to recommend without further data. If you are experiencing issues with returns and exchanges then ExchangeIt is the obvious selection. If you're struggling with managing COD orders (and no other app manages them), then FlashDelivery may be the only option.
