Our Verdict
ExpressText Connect is the clear choice for merchants primarily focused on increasing sales through targeted SMS marketing campaigns. Its data syncing and segmentation features, coupled with its existing user validation (5/5 rating, 18 reviews) and described white-glove support, make it a more reliable option for merchants wanting to leverage SMS for proactive marketing. SMSify Notifications & Support, while promising features for order updates and customer support, lacks any user reviews, making it a riskier choice at this time. If a merchant's primary goal is to provide basic order notifications and explore SMS-based customer support, and they are comfortable with a lack of validation, SMSify could be explored.
