Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants needing a straightforward solution to enhance their SMS marketing with personalized campaigns and dedicated support, ExpressText Connect is likely the better choice. Its ease of use and focus on SMS targeting make it ideal for those who prioritize simplicity and hands-on assistance.
Conversely, for merchants seeking a holistic CRM and marketing automation platform with advanced features like AI-powered data enrichment, multi-channel marketing, and loyalty program integration, Splio: Marketing Automation is the more comprehensive option. However, the lack of reviews is a significant risk. Merchants should weigh the potential benefits of Splio's advanced features against the uncertainty of a zero-review app.
