Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing ease of use and hands-on support for SMS marketing, ExpressText Connect appears to be the better choice. Its emphasis on data syncing and personalized messaging, coupled with white-glove service, provides a streamlined experience. However, its limited review count compared to SuperAGI Marketing (Contlo) indicates it may be newer or have a smaller user base.
On the other hand, merchants seeking a more comprehensive and AI-driven SMS marketing solution should opt for SuperAGI Marketing (Contlo). While its rating is slightly lower and its learning curve may be steeper, the app's larger user base and focus on AI-powered marketing automation suggest a wider range of features and capabilities. This is especially suitable for larger stores or those wanting to invest in an advanced marketing platform, provided they are comfortable with some complexity.
