EXT Thank You Page & Surveys vs Grapevine Post Purchase Surveyfor Shopify (2026)

Our Verdict
Based on the information available, Grapevine Post Purchase Survey appears to be the stronger option for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its large number of reviews, extensive feature set (including unlimited responses, various survey types, and robust integrations), and focus on scalable customer insights make it suitable for businesses looking to deeply understand and improve their customer experience. EXT Thank You Page & Surveys, with its single review and lack of detailed feature information, may be a suitable option for merchants with *very* basic survey needs and limited budgets, but it carries a higher risk due to the minimal social proof and missing information regarding integrations and capabilities. Merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly investigate EXT Thank You Page & Surveys before committing.
