Our Verdict
EXT Thank You Page & Surveys is suitable for very early-stage startups or businesses that need a simple and inexpensive way to collect basic customer feedback post-purchase, and are not yet ready for complex data analysis. Reveal: Customer Data & NPS is a more robust and feature-rich app that caters to established businesses with a focus on data-driven decision-making. If you're serious about understanding your customer base, optimizing your marketing spend, and improving customer loyalty using RFM, NPS, and CLV metrics, Reveal is the clear choice. The substantial number of reviews suggests a reliable and effective platform, outweighing the initial appeal of EXT's perfect (but unsupported) rating.
