EXT Thank You Page & Surveys vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
EXT Thank You Page & Surveys and Zigpoll Customer Surveys both aim to help Shopify merchants gather customer feedback through surveys. However, they differ significantly in scale and feature set. EXT Thank You Page & Surveys, based on limited review data, appears to be a simpler solution, potentially focusing primarily on thank you page integration. Zigpoll Customer Surveys, on the other hand, positions itself as a comprehensive survey platform with advanced features such as AI analytics, multilingual support, and integration with marketing tools. Zigpoll targets a broader audience of merchants looking for in-depth customer insights across various touchpoints (pre-purchase, post-purchase, on-site, email, and SMS). Its headline emphasizes its ability to leverage AI for analytics and provides a full suite of delivery methods. EXT Thank You Page & Surveys' value proposition is less clear due to the lack of substantial information, but it may appeal to merchants who only need basic thank-you page survey functionality. The number of reviews gives more credence to Zigpoll's established presence in the Shopify app marketplace.

Our Verdict
For merchants requiring a robust, feature-rich survey platform to gather data across multiple customer touchpoints, leverage AI for analytics, and integrate with their marketing stack, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the clear choice. Its numerous reviews and detailed feature set provide confidence in its capabilities.
EXT Thank You Page & Surveys might be suitable for merchants seeking a very basic survey solution focused solely on the thank you page, *if* the lack of reviews and information is not a concern. It could be a viable option for small startups on a tight budget that need minimal survey capabilities. However, due to the significant differences in features and social proof, Zigpoll appears to be the better investment for most merchants.
